In observance of American Diabetes Month, members of the student society helped APhA-ASP make their second annual “Operation Diabetes” event a success.  The event took place at the Woodstock Senior Center in Manhattan on November 19, 2005. Students and faculty members educated seniors about diabetes care and safe medication use and provided blood pressure readings.
